The SPIRIT+ App is designed for users who like to plan training, track progress, and set fitness goals. With the SPIRIT+ App, users can store all of their training data in one place and share workouts with other fitness applications. Athletes can get instant insights when workout and check real-time stats of their runs, walks, and bike rides.
To get the best results, users can connect the SPIRIT+ App directly to compatible Spirit Fitness equipment. There are two different modes available depending on the equipment console type – LCD or ENT.
Using the SPIRIT+ App with Spirit ENT Consoles
Users can sync their SPIRIT+ App profiles with their Spirit Fitness cardio equipment that comes with the Entertainment Touch Screen that has a Wifi internet connection. Once synced, each training session on the cardio machine will be automatically saved to the Spirit Fitness Cloud and it’ll be available on the SPIRIT+ App at any time.
Using the SPIRIT+ App with Spirit LCD Consoles
Users can connect the SPIRIT+ App to their Spirit equipment in Display Mode which allows the mobile device to track and display machine’s training data in real-time. When connected to the equipment, users will have an option to save each training session to the SPIRIT+ App History.

Users can set short-term and long-term training goals with the SPIRIT+ App – be it daily, weekly, or even monthly goals. Additionally, athletes can choose the stats they would like to track as key goal measurements. There are four stats available to track: distance, active hours, workout quantity, and calories burned.
It’s important for any athlete to track the workout process and its results. It’ll help to stay motivated and consistent, as well as to adjust the training plan if necessary. The SPIRIT+ App provides a detailed progress tracking solution for its users on weekly basis. Athletes can check on weekly distance, weekly time spent exercising, average pace information, and average calories burned per workout. Moreover, athletes can view their personal trends over a 3-month period and keep an eye on personal results. To stay motivated, SPIRIT+ users can earn awards with personal achievements over time, such as 10K Run, 7-Day Streak, and more, which helps athletes to continue their fitness journey.
It’s extremely convenient to have all of your training data stored in one place which is available for further analysis at any time. By visiting the History tab in the SPIRIT+ App, athletes can review all of their past workouts in detail to understand how their bodies performed. Heart rate information, speed, and METs – are just a part of the metrics users can check when reviewing the training history.
