Using the SPIRIT+ App to Share Data with Other Apps
The SPIRIT+ App is designed for users who like to plan training, track progress, and set fitness goals. With the SPIRIT+ App, users can store all of their training data in one place and share workouts with other fitness applications. Athletes can get instant insights when workout and check real-time stats of their runs, walks, and bike rides.
Users can set short-term and long-term training goals with the SPIRIT+ App – be it daily, weekly, or even monthly goals. Additionally, athletes can choose the stats they would like to track as key goal measurements. There are four stats available to track: distance, active hours, workout quantity, and calories burned.
SPIRIT+ App users can share and export their training data to other fitness apps including Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, Strava, and Map My Fitness. The export process is simple and straightforward so that you can stay focused on your training.
Export Data to Apple Health
The Apple Health App (iOS) was created to help organize important health information and make it easy to access in a central and secure place. Health puts your important information at your fingertips, including your health records, labs, activity, sleep, and more. It collects data from your iPhone, the built-in sensors on your Apple Watch, compatible medical devices, and apps that use HealthKit. Once the Apple Health service is connected with the SPIRIT+ App, all of the training data will be synced automatically between the services.
Export Data to Google Fit
Google Fit uses the sensors in an activity tracker or mobile device to record physical fitness activities (such as walking, cycling, etc), which are measured against the user's fitness goals to provide a comprehensive view of their fitness. Android device users can sync the SPIRIT+ App with the Google Fit service to track their training progress and store history on Google Fit account.
Export Data to Fitbit
The Fitbit app delivers a personalized experience to give a deeper understanding of users’ stats and progress while providing insights to help and reach their goals. Users can customize the app to see the stats that matter most to them. They also can pair with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch to see all-day stats like steps, distance, calories burned, floors climbed, and active minutes.
Export Data to Map My Fitness
Map My Fitness is built to help runners, joggers, and walkers of all ability levels and ages. Users can easily track pace, distance, calories, time with audio alerts, and much more. Athletes are able to track running, cycling, and over 600 types of other activities with pace, GPS route mapping, distance, route navigation, calorie counting, and even elevation profile.
