Pre-Assembly
Unpacking
- Cut the straps, then lift the box over the unit and unpack.
- Carefully remove all parts from the carton and inspect for any damage or missing parts. If parts are damaged or missing, contact your dealer immediately.
- Locate the hardware package. Remove the tools first. Remove the hardware for each step as needed to avoid confusion. The numbers in the instructions that are in parenthesis (#) are the item number from the assembly drawing for reference.

1. Attaching the Front Stabilizer

a. Use the wrench (130) to tighten three bolts (120) together with three flat washers (109) to secure the main frame (1) and front stabilizer (2) together. There is a bolt on each side and one on the front.
2. Attaching the Rear Stabilizer

a. Use the wrench (139) to tighten two flat head socket bolts (#135) through where the aluminum track (51) meets the rear stabilizer (3) and secure with two flat washers (#109), two spring washers (#137), and two cap nuts (#136).
3. Attaching the Slide Rail

a. Attach the other end of the aluminum track (51) to folding end assembly (6) of the main frame (1) and use the Allen wrench (130) to tighten the six bolts (#123) together with six split washers (#116).
4. Attaching the Seat and Pedals

a. Use the Allen wrench and screwdriver (127) to tighten six button head socket bolts (#129) and six flat washers (#121) to install the left and right pedals (4,5) on the main frame (1). Use the Allen wrench and screwdriver (127) to tighten four Phillips head screws (#124) together with four spring washers (#125) to install the seat (49) onto the seat attaching board (16).
