Powering On
Once your machine has been plugged in, press any console button to wake the console. The console will turn on with full display and beep for 2 seconds. The console will then enter idle mode. When there is a speed signal input detected, the machine automatically enters Manual Workout Mode.
The console will automatically power off if there is no rowing activity/buttons pressed after one (1) minute.
Console Buttons
RESET: Press and hold for two (2) seconds to reset all values to zero (0).
START/STOP: When in Idle Mode, press to enter Manual Workout Mode. Press to confirm the value of each parameter when setting workout targets. Press to start/stop the current workout.
MODE: When in Idle Mode, press "MODE" to cycle through the available workout programs. During a workout session, press to cycle through all function settings.
DOWN: Press to decrease parameter values.
UP: Press to increase parameter values.
Functions

Strokes per Minute | Displays strokes per minute during activity. |
Time | Set a target time by pressing the up and/or down buttons (1 min ~ 99 min). 1 minute increments. Depending on the user's settings, time will count down to target, or show accumulated time. |
Distance | Preset a target value by pressing the up and/or down buttons (0 ~ 9999 meters). 100 meters increments. Depending on the user's settings, distance will count down to target, or show accumulated distance. |
Heart Rate | When utilizing a 5kHz heart rate transmitter (sold separately), the computer will display user’s heart rate. Click here to learn more about using a chest strap with your rower. Note: The pulse measurement function is only usable with the optional wireless chest strap sensor. |
Calories | Set a target value by pressing the up and/or down buttons (10~999 kcal). 10 calorie increments. Depending on the user's settings, calories will count down to target, or show accumulated calories. |
Watts | Displays current watt power of each stroke when activity is detected (0 ~ 2000). When the detected watt power is over 999 (four digits), the display uses a decimal to show in thousands. For example: 1000 shows as 1.00, 1240 reads as 1.24, 1250 as 1.25, 2000 as 2.00, etc. |
Level | Displays current level of resistance (1-16). |
500M Time | User's average time to reach 500 meters is automatically displayed. Only displays during Manual, Distance, Time and Calorie workout modes. |
