Unpacking

To remove the bike safely from its packaging, cut the straps along the dotted line on the bottom of the box, then lift the box over the unit and unpack.

Locate the hardware package. The hardware is separated into four steps. Remove the tools first. Remove the hardware for each step as needed to avoid confusion. The numbers in the instructions that are in parenthesis (#) are the item number from the assembly drawing for reference.

1. Stabilizer/Covers, Console Mast/Covers

a. Install rear stabilizer (11) onto main frame (1) with two short bolts (#145), two long bolts (#139), four split washers (#138), and four washers (#106).
b. Attach left and right stabilizer covers (59, 60) to main frame (1) with two screws (#97). Join together with two self-tapping screws (#117).
c. Run the wiring harness through the console mast (2) and out the top.
d. Attach console mast (2) to main frame (1) using six bolts (#92), six split washers (#111), and six washers (#108).
e. Place left and right console mast covers (56, 57) around base of console mast (2). Join covers together with three self-tapping screws (#117).

a. Attach front handlebar (8) to console mast (2) with two bolts (#94), two split washers (#112) and two washers (#105).
b. Connect wiring harness cables (74, 131) to console (68).
c. Connect wiring harness cables (74, 127, 128, 129, 131, 132, 137) to console (68). Attach console (68) to console mast (2) with four screws (#97). Ensure all cables do not become pinched.
d. Attach console bracket cover (64) to console mast (2) using four screws (#97).

a. Install seat release lever (28) onto seat carriage frame (5) with two bolts (#92), two lock washers (#111), and two washers (#108).
b. Install seat back frame (3) onto seat carriage frame (5) with two short bolts (#85), two long bolts (#86), and four washers (#106).
c. Attach rear handlebar (6) to seat carriage frame (5) using four long bolts (#86), four shot bolts (#85), twelve washers (#106), and four nuts (#101). And connect the wiring harness cables between rear handlebar (6) and seat carriage frame (5).
d. Loosen two screws (#97) to remove seat cover retaining bracket (41) from seat back frame (3).
e. Attach rear handlebar cover (61) to rear handlebar (6) using two self-tapping screws (#116).
f. Attach cup holders (120, 121) to rear handlebar (6) using four self-tapping screws (#116).
g. Attach seat back cover (62) to seat back frame (3). Install seat cover retaining bracket (41) using two screws (#97).
4. Pedals and Seat

a. Install the pedals (26-L, 26-R) onto the crank arms (22, 23). The left pedal has a reverse thread and will be screwed in counterclockwise. Tighten to 300 in-lbs. (34 N•m) of torque.
b. Attach bottom seat cushion (42) to seat carriage frame (5) with four BOLTS (#85).
