Unpacking

To remove the bike safely from its packaging, cut the straps along the dotted line on the bottom of the box, then lift the box over the unit and unpack.

Locate the hardware package. The hardware is separated into four steps. Remove the tools first. Remove the hardware for each step as needed to avoid confusion. The numbers in the instructions that are in parenthesis (#) are the item number from the assembly drawing for reference.

1. Rear Stabilizer

a. Gather all hardware needed for this step.
b. Install the rear stabilizer (5) onto the main frame (1) with four bolts (#50) and four washers (#71).
2. Computer Cables

a. Gather all hardware needed for this step.
b. Unravel the following cables: computer cable (29), CSAFE with cable (142), TV signal cable (143), network with cable (144), console power cord (145), and HDMI cable (147). Snake all cables through the console mast cover (38) and the console mast (2) until the cable connector comes out the top opening of the console mast. Slide the plastic cover (38) onto the console mast, ensuring the correct orientation of the cover.
c. Install the console mast (2) onto the main frame (1) with seven bolts (#51), six washers (#72) on the side screws and one curved washer (#99) on the front screw using the wrench (100).

a. Gather all hardware needed for this step.
b. Secure the handlebar (3) onto the console mast (2) with the two of hex head bolts (#51), two flat washers (#72) and two split washers (#103) by using the wrench (100).
c. Lead the hand pulse wires (26, 28) through the console plate (2~3) onto the console mast (2) and out from the console plate (2~3).
4. Console

a. Gather all hardware needed for this step.
b. Insert the computer cable (29), CSAFE with cable (142), TV signal cable (143), network cable (144), console power cord (145), HDMI cable (147) and two hand pulse cables (26, 28) into the connectors in the back of the console (34). Install the console (34) onto the console mast (2). Install the two bottom screws first (#58). Install the cover plate (12) with the two top mounting screws (#58).
c. Install the front stabilizer cover (40) and the rear stabilizer cover (41) onto the main frame (1) with four screws (#58).
d. Install the pedals (45-L, 46-R) onto the crank arms (16-L, 16-R). The left pedal has a reverse thread and will be screwed in with the opposite rotation. Make sure to tighten the pedals as much as possible.
e. Install the seat mount slide (7) onto the track on top of the seat tube with the seat post facing forward. Install the seat (19) onto the seat post and fasten the nut using the wrench (100).
f. Install the drink bottle holder (116) onto the console mast (2) with two screws (#58).
