Unpacking

To remove the bike safely from its packaging, cut the straps along the dotted line on the bottom of the box, then lift the box over the unit and unpack.

Locate the hardware package. The hardware is separated into four steps. Remove the tools first. Remove the hardware for each step as needed to avoid confusion. The numbers in the instructions that are in parenthesis (#) are the item number from the assembly drawing for reference.

1. Rear Stabilizer

a. Install the rear stabilizer (7) onto the main frame with two bolts (#65) and two washers (#203).
b. Secure the seat back bracket (5) to the seat carriage (4) using six bolts (#176) and six flat washers (#77).
2. Rear Handlebar and Hand Pulse Cables

a. To install the rear handlebar (6) to the seat carriage (4), use two bolts (#71), two flat washers (#77), and two Nylon nuts (#89). From the side, secure with two bolts (#175), two flat washers (#77), and two Nylon nuts (#89).
b. Connect the hand pulse wires with cable assembly-R (21) and the hand pulse wires with cable assembly-L (27) to the hand pulse wire (26) and the hand pulse wire (42).
3. Front Handlebar and Console Cables

a. Feed the console mast cover (31) onto the console mast (2).
b. Thread the wires (44, 45, 204, 192, 186) through the console mast (2).
c. Secure the console mast (2) to the main frame (1) using two bolts (#68) and two curved washers (#83) from the back of the mast. On the sides of the mast, use four bolts (#68) and four flat washers (#76).
d. Connect the front handlebar (3) to the console mast (2) using two bolts (#68), two flat washers (#76), and two split washers (#82).

a. Secure the seat (61) to the seat carriage (4) using four screws (#98) using the Phillips screwdriver (114).
b. Connect the wires on the back of the console to their respective places: computer cable (44), hand pulse wire (45), CSAFE connecting wire (204), network connecting cable (192), HDMI connecting wire (186). Tuck excess cable into the console mast (2) being careful not to pinch the wires.
c. Secure the console (19) to the console mast (2) using four screws (#99) using the screwdriver (114).
d. Fasten the cup holders (39/38) to the rear handlebar (6) using four screws (#105).
e. Install the pedals (116L/116R) onto the crank arms (51L/51R) carefully using the wrench (132) to hold the pedal. Pivot, then firmly fasten the pivot clockwise.
