Connect to Third-Party FTMS Apps

The FTMS apps below will connect directly to your bike:

Zwift

Share Workout Data to Other Third-Party Apps

You can share your workout data with many of your favorite fitness apps - such as the ones listed below - by first connecting your machine to the Spirit app.

To share your workout data:

1. Turn on your bike. 
2. Ensure that your mobile device's Bluetooth setting is toggled on.
3. If not already done, download the SPIRIT+ mobile app and login/create a user account.
4. If not already done, download the fitness application of your choice and login/create a user account.
5. Follow the application prompts to pair your bike through the app. Please note: each application will vary slightly when pairing your bike and parent application.

Built-in Console Applications

There are a variety of third-party apps available to keep you entertained during your workout. To access:

1. Ensure your machine is connected to Wifi. Tap 'Internet & Apps' from the home screen.
2. Tap the app icon of your choice to begin viewing content from the machine's console. Press the expanding arrows icon to enter full screen mode.
3. Press the decreasing arrows icon to exit full screen mode. Press '⌂' to choose another app.

Screen Mirroring (iOS or Android)

Your machine has screen mirroring capabilities with any of the FTMS or non-FTMS apps listed above, while using a compatible iOS or Android device. To display various content from your smartphone or tablet on the machine console:

1. Ensure your machine is connected to wifi. Tap 'Screen Mirroring' from the home screen. The console will then provide instructions for pairing the devices.
2. Once the mirroring has started, press the expanding arrows icon to enter full screen mode.
3. Press the decreasing arrows icon to exit full screen mode.

Connect Bluetooth Accessories (Heart Rate Monitor, Earphones, Speakers)

Connect Bluetooth accessories to your CU800ENT by navigating to the 'Settings' icon on your console's touchscreen. Tap 'Bluetooth' to pair your device(s). Pairing will differ based on the make and model of your specific device. Follow the instructions included with your Bluetooth device to ensure proper pairing and begin use.

Troubleshooting Connectivity Issues

Issue(s):

• Fitness app is not finding my machine
• Fitness app won't connect to my machine

Resolution:

1. Ensure your machine is plugged in and powered on.
2. Ensure your mobile device is turned on and that Bluetooth is enabled.
3. Ensure your mobile device is within 20 feet of the machine.
4. Ensure you have the latest version of the fitness app installed on your mobile device. You can do this by visiting the app store on your device and viewing the most current version of the app available.

Issue(s):

• Machine is not sending workout information to fitness app
• Fitness app does not register my workout information

Resolution:

1. Ensure that you have paired your machine directly to Zwift/Kinomap (FTMS apps), or you are using the SPIRIT+ app to share data from your machine to the third-party app of your choice (non-FTMS apps).
2. Ensure your machine and the FTMS app(s) are properly paired by visiting your app’s customer support (See Zwift Troubleshooting or Kinomap Troubleshooting). Please note: non-FTMS apps can only receive data directly from the SPIRIT+ app. You cannot connect your bike directly to non-FTMS apps.
3. Ensure your machine and the app are properly paired by visiting your app’s customer support.
4. Ensure your device is within 20 feet of the machine.
5. Ensure you have the latest version of the fitness app installed on your device. You can do this by visiting the app store on your device and viewing the most current version of the app available.

Issue(s):

• Fitness app will not load
• Fitness app will not download

Resolution:

1. Check your internet connection to ensure it is working, and that you have a strong signal.
2. Check your app’s list of supported devices to ensure that your device is listed.
3. Contact your app’s customer support to report an issue when loading the app or downloading the app.
