Error: While using wireless heart rate monitor, pulse does not display or does not show up as an available accessory.
Applies to the Following Treadmill Models: CT800ENT, CT850ENT, CT900ENT
- If utilizing a wireless heart rate monitor, ensure that the monitor is within 3' of the treadmill console and that the battery is not weak or dead entirely. Replace the battery if necessary. Please note: If there are other wireless heart rate monitors within range of the treadmill, the pulse reading could be interrupted.
- If utilizing a wireless heart rate monitor, ensure that the transmitter electrodes are placed securely under the pectoral muscles and that the electrodes have been pre-wet to conduct heart rate measurement.
- Check the surrounding area for other potential magnetic field disturbances that could interrupt the pulse reading (TVs, microwaves, pet perimeter fences, etc). If you discover a potential appliance impacting the pulse reading, change the position or direction of the treadmill.
- If after troubleshooting you are still unable to resolve the error, the treadmill's receiver may need to be replaced. Please submit a ticket here or contact the Spirit Service Department by phone at 800-258-8511 for assistance.
