If your treadmill operates at a different incline than what is indicated on the console, your treadmill needs to be calibrated. See our article, "How to Calibrate Your Treadmill" or review your Owner's Manual for instructions.
If after calibrating your treadmill the issue has not been resolved, please contact the Spirit Service Department for assistance.
Before contacting the Spirit Service Department, be prepared to provide the following information:
- Your name
- Dealer location
- Date of purchase
- Machine serial number
