If you purchased your Spirit machine directly from Spirit Fitness and upon delivery of your Spirit machine you recognize that the shipment has arrived damaged, you have a few options:

- Unit repair or replacement. Upon receiving and accepting a damaged shipment, contact Spirit Fitness at 800-258-4555 for assistance. Spirit Fitness reserves the option to repair or replace the defective product with a product of equal or better features and functionality. A replacement part or product may be new or refurbished. While we try to complete service as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to manufacturing delays, delays caused from shipment of parts to a service facility, or acts of God.
- Delivery refusal. If during the delivery of your Spirit order it is noted as damaged, you may refuse delivery. You must contact Spirit Fitness at 800-258-4555 and inform them of the refused delivery. Note: Damaged shipments are not subject to return freight and restock charges.
