In the event you need to order a replacement part for your Spirit machine, please contact the Spirit Service Department and be prepared to provide the following information:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Dealer name and location
- Date of purchase
- Machine serial number
You can contact the Spirit Service Department by submitting a service ticket here.
If the replacement part is covered under your warranty, Spirit will replace the part at no cost. If the warranty has expired or the replacement part is not covered by the warranty, please have a valid credit card prepared for payment.
