If you purchased your Spirit Fitness equipment from a dealer, the dealer that you purchased your fitness equipment from is your administrator for all warranty and service needs. Your first step is to contact your dealer for assistance.
If you purchased your equipment directly from Spirit Fitness or if you are unable to contact your dealer, contact the Spirit Service Department for technical assistance by submitting a ticket here. Spirit service agents are available to assist Monday-Friday, 8:00am-7:00pm CST.
