If you purchased your Spirit Fitness equipment directly from a dealer, please contact the dealer from who you purchased the equipment.
If you are out of warranty and/or you can no longer contact your dealer, you may purchase replacement parts and get technical assistance directly from Spirit Fitness by emailing spiritservice@spiritfitness.com.
If you purchased your Spirit Fitness equipment online, please call the Spirit Service Department at 800-258-8511. An agent will assist you in troubleshooting over the phone or in locating a service provider in your area. Agents are available to assist Monday-Friday, 8:00am-7:00pm CST.
