The operational performance of your machine can be maintained only if its hardware and other components are checked regularly. Most checks can be performed once a week, however, some checks should be made before each workout, and are indicated as such below.
To check before each workout:
- Seat nuts are secure
- Stabilizer bolts are tight
- Handlebar is secure
To check weekly:
- Pedals are tight
- Monitor is secure
Should a part become defective, replace it immediately. Do not allow use of the equipment until it has been repaired.
