Pre-Assembly
Please read before unpacking your treadmill. Serious injury could occur if this treadmill is not unpacked properly.
Unpacking

To remove the treadmill safely from its packaging, cut the straps and open the box.

Locate the hardware package. The hardware is separated into four (4) steps. Remove the tools first. Remove the hardware for each step as needed to avoid confusion. The numbers in the instructions that are in parenthesis (#) are the item number from the assembly drawing for reference.

Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions
1. Motor Cover and Uprights

a. Loosen the eight screws holding the motor cover (37) in place and remove the cover.
b. Uncoil the wiring harness and run wires through the right upright (7).
c. Use five bolts (#65) and five lock washers (#79) to attach the right upright (7) to the main frame (1). IMPORTANT: Do not pinch wires. Do not tighten before putting the console on.
d. Use five bolts (#65) and five lock washers (#79) to attach the left upright (8) to the main frame (1). Do not tighten before putting the console on.
2. Main Panel

a. Install the main panel (3) onto the uprights using six bolts (#63), six lock washers (#79) and six flat washers (#74).
b. Run the wiring harness through the main panel (3) as shown in the illustration.
c. Tighten all bolts and washers on both uprights (7 and 8) from previous step.
3. Console

a. Wires should be away from the console mounting bracket.
b. Install the console (54) using four bolts (#68).
c. Connect the wiring harness to the console (54).
d. Attach the console bracket cover (49) to the main panel using four bolts (#68).
4. Handrail Covers

a. Attach the left outer handrail cover (48) to the main panel using two screws (#83) and two flat washers (#75).
b. Attach the left inner handrail cover (47) to the main panel using five screws (#83).
c. Attach the left lower upright cover (40) to the main frame (1) using two screws (#83), two flat washers (#75), and one long screw (#69).
d. Attach the left end cap (42) to the main frame (1) using two screws (#68).
e. Repeat to install right side covers (45, 46, 39, 41).
f. Reinstall the motor cover (37) using the bolts removed in Step 1.
