Pre-Assembly
Please read before unpacking your treadmill. Serious injury could occur if this treadmill is not unpacked properly.
Unpacking
- To remove the treadmill safely from its packaging, cut the straps along the dotted line on the bottom of the box. Lift the box over the unit and unpack.
- Locate the hardware package. The hardware is separated into four (4) steps. Remove the tools first. Remove the hardware for each step as needed to avoid confusion. The numbers in the instructions that are in parenthesis (#) are the item number from the assembly drawing for reference.

Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions
1. Uprights

a. Thread the all cables (53, 80, 82, 84) up through the center of the right upright column (9).
b. Use five sets of button head socket bolts (#150), split washers (#133) against a flat washer (#115) to secure the upright fixing plate (10) to the right upright (9) to the main frame (1) using the Allen wrench (160).
c. Use two Phillips head screws (#144) to secure the motor base cap right (35) to main frame (1) using the screwdriver (158).
d. Repeat steps B-C on the left side.

a. On the underside of the console support (5) is where the locking plate assembly (3, 4) can be attached. Use three socket head cap bolts (#152) and three flat washers (#153) on each side to secure.
b. Connect all cables with the correct pairing:
1) The computer cable (53) with the upper computer cable (52).
2) The Ethernet cable (80) with the upper Ethernet cable (79).
3) The C-safe cable (82) with the upper C-safe cable (81).
4) The HDMI cable (84) with the upper HDMI cable (83). Note: Be careful not to pinch the wires and slide them into the right upright (9).
c. Gently slide the console support (5) into the left and right uprights (8, 9) and secure with three button head socket bolts (#151), three split washers (#133), and three flat washers (#125) on both sides using the Allen wrench (160).

a. Further secure the uprights by inserting a button head socket bolt (#154) through a split washer (#133), and a curved washer (#155) onto the backside of both left and right uprights (8, 9) using the Allen wrench (160).
b. Plug the round cap (#29) into the right upright (9).
c. Plug the safety key (72) into the safety key base on the console support (5).

a. Place the console (38) onto the console support (5). Secure with four socket head cap bolts (#156), four split washers (#120), and four flat washers (#153) using the Allen wrench (159).
b. Connect all cables to console (38):
1) The upper hand pulse wires (50, 51).
2) The upper computer cable (52).
3) The grounding wire (46).
4) The upper Ethernet cable (79).
5) The upper C-safe cable (81).
6) The upper HDMI cable (83).
c. Fasten the console cover (41) with two Phillips head screws (#144) to the console support (5) using the screwdriver (158).
