Pre-Assembly
Please read before unpacking your treadmill. Serious injury could occur if this treadmill is not unpacked properly.
Unpacking

To remove the treadmill safely from its packaging, cut the straps along the dotted line on the bottom of the box. Lift the box over the unit and unpack.

Locate the hardware package. The hardware is separated into three (3) steps. Remove the tools first. Remove the hardware for each step as needed to avoid confusion. The numbers in the instructions that are in parenthesis (#) are the item number from the assembly drawing for reference.

Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions
1. Console Mast Tubes

a. Gather all hardware needed for this step.
b. The right console mast tube (19) has computer cable A (87) pre-installed. Lift the tube off the walking surface and attach it to the base frame. Gently pull on the computer cable as you line up the upright tube, taking the slack out, so the cable does not get pinched between the tube and the base frame. Assemble one bolt (#104), one split washer (#58) and one flat washer (#59) through the top hole in the retaining plate (21), and corresponding top hole in the upright tube, and screw into the base frame. Then, install the other two bolts (#104) and washers (#58, #59) and tighten all three securely.
c. Install the left console mast tube (18) in the same manner.
d. Install the lower side caps (32, 33) with four screws (#73).

a. Gather all hardware needed for this step.
b. Connect computer cables G (86) and C (120). Connect hand pulse cables D (122) and F (88), on the right and B (28) and E (88) on the left. Attach ground cable H (121) to the hole in the steel frame with a screw (#73) and a star washer (#125).
c. Mount the console (36) to the handlebar frame (5) with two screws (#112) in the upper set of holes and two screws (#110) in the lower set of holes.
3. Secure the Console

a. Gather all hardware needed for this step.
b. Attach the left and right interface mounts (3, 4) to the console assembly frame with six bolts (#108).
c. Connect console computer cable C (120) to cable A (87) from the console mast tube.
d. Attach the console to the top of the console mast tubes with bolts (#105), split washers (#58) and flat washers (#59). Be careful not to pinch the computer cable.
e. When assembling the left and right console mounting interface brackets (3, 4) please be sure to slide the brackets all the way toward the back of the console before tightening the bolts.
