Pre-Assembly
Please read before unpacking your folding treadmill. Serious injury could occur if this folding treadmill is not unpacked properly.
Unpacking
- To remove the treadmill safely from its packaging, cut the straps, then lift the box over the unit and unpack.
- Carefully remove all parts from the carton and inspect for any damage or missing parts. If parts are damaged or missing, contact your dealer immediately.
- Locate the hardware package. Remove the tools first. Remove the hardware for each step as needed to avoid confusion. The numbers in the instructions that are in parenthesis (#) are the item number from the assembly drawing for reference.

Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions
1. Uprights

a. Gather all hardware needed for this step.
b. Take six speed nut clips (#128) and attach them at the front and each side of the unit as shown.
c. Guide the right upright through right frame base cover (62) and right console mast cover (67).
d. Next, take the right upright (4) and attach the middle computer cables (50) to the lower computer cable (49). Be careful not to pinch the cables or damage may occur.
e. Slide the right upright (4) to sit into the frame base.
f. Repeat steps C-E to attach the left upright.
g. With the right and left uprights (4, 5) inserted into the frame base (2), use the combination M5 Allen wrench and Phillips head screwdriver (131) to tighten eight button head socket bolts (#130) securing the uprights to the frame base.
2. Computer Cables

a. Gather all hardware needed for this step.
b. Connect the speed adjustment switch and cable (54) with the upper speed cable (37).
c. Connect the incline adjustment switch and cable (55) with the upper incline cable (38).
d. Connect the middle computer cable (50) to the upper computer cable (48). Be sure not to pinch any of the cables or damage may occur to the system.
e. Insert the console (52) onto the right and left uprights (4, 5) and secure with four button head socket bolts (#133) and four split washers (#113). Use the Allen wrench (132) to tighten.
3. Secure Frame Base Covers

a. Gather all hardware needed for this step.
b. Install both left and right frame base covers (62, 61) onto the frame base (2) using six tapping screws (#120). Tighten with the Phillips head screwdriver (122).
4. Console Mast Covers

b. Slide the left and right console mast covers (67, 66) up the uprights. Secure them with eight sheet metal screws (#142) using the Phillips head screwdriver (148).
5. Handrail

b. Place the handrail support (119) between the left and right uprights (4, 5) and use the combination Allen wrench and Phillips head screwdriver (131) to tighten four button head socket bolts (#150). Install the beverage holder (121) onto the handrail support (119).
