Pre-Assembly

Please read before unpacking your folding treadmill. Serious injury could occur if this folding treadmill is not unpacked properly.

Unpacking

1. To remove the treadmill safely from its packaging, cut the straps, then lift the box over the unit and unpack. 
2. Carefully remove all parts from the carton and inspect for any damage or missing parts. If parts are damaged or missing, contact your dealer immediately. 
3. Locate the hardware package. Remove the tools first. Remove the hardware for each step as needed to avoid confusion. The numbers in the instructions that are in parenthesis (#) are the item number from the assembly drawing for reference.

Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions

1. Uprights

a. Gather all hardware needed.
b. Take six nut clips (#132) and attach them at the front and each side of the unit as shown.
c. Guide the right upright through the right frame base cover (43) and right console mast cover (100).
d. Next, take the right upright (4) and attach the middle computer cable (38) to the lower computer cable (39). Be careful not to pinch the cable or damage may occur to the system.
e. Slide the right upright (4) to sit into the frame base.
f. Repeat steps C-E for the left upright.

2. Secure Uprights to Frame Base

a. Gather all hardware needed.
b. Having inserted the right and left uprights (4, 5) into the frame base (2), use the combination M5 Allen wrench and Phillips head screwdriver (96) to tighten eight button head socket bolts (#93) securing the uprights to the frame base.

3. Secure Frame Base

a. Gather all hardware needed.
b. Install the right and left frame base covers (42, 33) onto the frame base (2) using six tapping screws (#88). Tighten with the Phillips head screwdriver (122).

4. Computer Cables

a. Gather all hardware needed.
b. Connect the middle computer cable (38) to the upper computer cable (37). Be careful not to pinch the cables.
c. Insert the console (40) onto the right and left uprights (4, 5) and secure with four button head socket bolts (#90) and four split washers (#82). Use the Allen wrench (97) to tighten.

5. Console Mast Covers

a. Gather all hardware needed.
b. Slide the right and left console mast covers (100, 99) up onto the uprights. Secure them with eight sheet metal screws (#142) using the Phillips head screwdriver (122).
