Export Data to Apple Health
The Apple Health App (iOS) was created to help organize important health information and make it easy to access in a central and secure place. Health puts your important information at your fingertips, including your health records, labs, activity, sleep, and more. Once the Apple Health service is connected with the Spirit Fit app, all of your training data will be synced automatically between the services.
